The photograph of a mountain, named “El espíritu santo de Huangamarca” (“The Holy Spirit of Huangamarca”) 3567 m.a.s.l located on the north part of the Peruvian Andes, has been projected into a corner in the attic of an art gallery in London, as an installation in which the architectural structure of the space has fragmented the image in several dark and empty spaces, which lead to emerge a sense of dislocation.  In the displacement of my native land to London, I have brought with me this mountain and I have placed it on what remains of an old attic in order to let strangers found and feel the presence of this far away landscape.
